Vintage Velvet Delights proudly operates as a home bakery under Florida’s Cottage Food Law. Our products are handmade in a home kitchen and are not subject to state food safety inspections that apply to commercial establishments.
We are committed to following all applicable state regulations and maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness, quality, and care in every item we prepare.
As our business grows, we hope to one day open a storefront bakery while continuing to preserve the homemade traditions and small-batch craftsmanship that defines Vintage Velvet Delights

We are happy to provide ingredient information whenever possible. However, all products are prepared in a home kitchen that processes common allergens, including:

Breads, whole pies, whole cakes, gluten-free items, sugar-free treats, dairy-free items, and seasonal specialties are available by pre-order only. Advance notice helps us guarantee the freshest quality and proper ingredient preparation

Most pre-orders require at least 48 hours’ notice. Large orders, holiday items, and custom requests may require additional time depending on availability and our baking schedule

Orders may be changed or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Once preparation has begun, refunds may not be available for specialty or custom items.

We accept custom and bulk orders based on availability. Please contact us to discuss your event, dietary needs, and timeline before placing your order.

If you’re unable to make your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate another arrangement, but we cannot guarantee product quality for items left unclaimed for extended periods

Yes! Orders designated for market pickup must be collected during the event’s scheduled hours unless other arrangements have been made in advance
