We want every order to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about placing orders and picking up your favorite treats.
Ordering & Pickup

Browse our Menu & Pricing page to see what’s currently available, then use our Order With Me form or send me a message directly to send in your request. We’ll review your order, confirm availability, and reach out with your final details and total. Your order isn’t confirmed until we have personally confirmed it with you.

Yes! We offer local delivery within our designated delivery area. Delivery availability and any applicable delivery fees will be discussed when your order is confirmed.

We recommend placing your order at least 3-5 days in advance whenever possible. Larger or custom orders may require additional notice. Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability, so it never hurts to ask!

Orders are available for pickup at our designated pickup location in Winter Haven, Florida. Your pickup details and time will be provided when your order is confirmed.

We accept all available payment methods including, debit/credit cards, cash, Zelle, and Cashapp. Your preferred payment method can be selected or discussed when your order is confirmed

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order. Changes are subject to availability, and cancellations may be subject to our deposit and cancellations policies.

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Custom orders are welcome for cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other special treats. Send Us your ideas, preferred date, flavors, and any inspiration or theme details, and we’ll work with you to create something special. Custom orders are subject to availability and may require additional notice.

Most treats are best enjoyed fresh, but many can be stored in airtight containers or frozen for later. specific storage instructions will be included with your order when needed.

Yes! Select gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free items are available by pre-order. Because these products require additional preparation and planning, we kindly ask for advance notice when placing your order. Availability may vary by season and menu offerings.

While we are happy to provide ingredient information, all products are prepared in a home kitchen that processes common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.
